The Snow Hare

Hermione and Severus meet later in life and become great friends only for him to receive a terminal cancer diagnosis shortly after. Hermione is desperate to find something, anything, to save his life. When she tracks down the mythical Snow Hare, she realizes that not only will she have to catch it, but in order to save his life, she will have to sacrifice something precious.
