A young Dalmatian pup named Flare has a strong desire to help everyone in any way that he can, and learns more about the world and what it holds for everyone when joining his older brother Marshall, who recently moved to Adventure Bay after joining the Paw Patrol. Will Flare succeed in helping everyone he can? Or will he die in the process? Rated T for blood and serious subjects.
