The Mysterious Doctor

Dumbledore only left Harry with the Dursleys because of the blood wards, not because he trusted them. So when he starts school, Dumbledore sends his colleague with the most muggle and medical experience to check up on him. Snape might be a bit ooc, but I also wanted him to be nicer to Harry since he's a stranger at this point.
