The Veela war has ended, just as abruptly as it began. Theodore Nott has seemingly lost in his endeavors to assist the Veela Creator, Ascelin, in her mission to take over the universe. Yet the young, handsome boy has returned in a blaze of unimpeded evil as the latest dark lord to roam the Earth; this time, he has ascended, and believes nothing can stand in his way.
