Draco doesn't care about Hermione Granger. He doesn't care that Weasley cheated on her. Twice. He doesn't care that she took him back. Twice. It doesn't make him feel funny when she cries. It doesn't make him angry that Weasley treats her like shit. It certainly doesn't devastate him when he finds out why she's still with him. It's none of his business.
