Cataclysm of Reality

Something unbeknownst has affected Michelangelo. The one thing known is that it is a danger to the youngest turtle's health. The turtles know that they need to do something. As they attempt to come up with a cure for the youngest's fatal illness and battle a known but unknown enemy, what else will they face, Will they become infected with the mysterious illness, can they save him?
