Summary
The twins have pledged to make this the best Summer ever! While Arthur is stuck trying to prove to his parents that he is, in fact, not insane and having to beat a bet with a certain Frenchman he is stuck living with. And during all this madness, the twins' pet bird, Gilbird, apparently has a life as a secret agent stopping a certain Austrian and Hungarian from taking over.
