Above Suspicion

At first, Barty Crouch Sr can't believe the accusations levelled against his son. Over time, however, he comes to accept that there is undeniable truth hidden there. Despite his doubts about the role he may have played in his son's decision, he decides that there is only one thing he can do; to distance himself from the boy.
