Hogwarts is not as great as it is portrayed to be. In fact it is worst among all eleven Schools of Magic. This forces Education Office of ICW to appoint a wizard from outside Britain as the Headmaster of Hogwarts when Dumbledore is suspended by Board of Governors during 1992-93 school year. This forever changes the course of Hogwarts and Harry Potter.
