Blind Panic

Blind Specter's always wanted to be able to explore Inkwell Isle with his friends. But, they are restricted to the train, unable to leave. So, with the help of Elder Kettle, he turns them and himself, into humanoids, freely able to wander. What he didn't anticipate however, was the loss of his own eyesight in the process.
