Drakken had to plan to end Kim Possible sidekick by killing Ron Stoppable so the teen hero will quit the hero game by losing Ron, Drakken thanks he won but a mystery vigilante is back and looking for blood and revenge as he put fear in the Middleton town people. He is calling himself Redhood.
