Shortly after Hisao's release from the hospital, Lilly notices his behavior changing. When Hisao claims he has been enlightened to a mysterious set of nihilistic ideals, the very world around Lilly begins change just as he has. As Lilly's environment quickly transforms into an odd dreamscape.
