Twelve year old Icelyn Potter is the twin sister of James Potter. She was born in 1960, turned twelve in 1972, and died that same year, or so everyone thought. Enter Fred Weasley, on a quiet stroll in Diagon Alley- in Summer, 1996. He finds her not exactly in the way that we would expect.
