Set between 3a and 3b, Stiles doesn't wake from the triple sacrifice and is instead stuck in a supernatural coma. Two years later, he awakens to find his friends in the midst of a fight for their lives and to the realization that not all of them still have lives to fight for. (multiple pairings, character death)
