Sparky once again finds himself in the doghouse when he suddenly ends up back at the Fairy World pet store after causing mischief on Earth, and is feeling extremely depressed by all the hate he’s been getting since his last adoption with his former owner Timmy. So Wanda and Cosmo try to cheer him up by adopting him into their own family.
