It is written in the Bro Code that bros should not become dads- why would they want to? Once a bro, always a bro, and your bro-ness CAN be ruined by an annoying crying child ("Always remember, Ted: Suits over diapers.") And besides, Robin could never have a baby anyway...or that's what she thinks. But there's always a 'what if', and the bro-ad to parenthood is just beginning...
