In a rush to escape the post war madness, Hermione has spent the last year in Australia with little to no contact to anyone back home. Still broken and dealing with grief, the time has come for her to return to Wizarding London. Her first day back she runs into Fred Weasley kicking off a chain of events that allows her to finally piece her life back together. AU, Fred lives!
