Because of the stupid Muggle Relation Laws still in place, magical people are not permitted to tell Muggles about them being witches or wizards until their next of kin receives their Hogwarts letter. Percy was all for that rule, until he fell for a Muggle himself. This is a story about how Audrey Weasley found out about her husband and his family secret.
