Ringo's cousin: Neon's Spotlight

Ringo's little cousin has lived at the academy since she had to live with him because she lost her parents. Now that she is older she is entering the academy. She will later shadow another student like her, the only thing is that her guide sings alternative music. Though before that she meets some interesting students.
