What's the deal with Power Rangers?

Summary
Pushing the boundaries of crossovers just for fun. Obviously this isn't canon so, I'm not focusing too much on keeping things canon. For those that must know, this somehow takes place in seasons 8/9 of Seinfeld, and the Z-wave in Power Rangers never happened.
