The Duncans take a summer vacation to New York, and they think its going to be the best vacation ever. When little Charlie starts to go through some "abnormal" changes and no one notices but Teddy, they think she is crazy. But the teen will stop at nothing until she finds out what's going with her little sister. (Titled changed!)
