Trapped in the Consequence of Time

Orion Jackson was on the winning side of Panem's dark war. The districts were revolting and were winning when a meteor happens to hit District 13, where people are saying that whoever holds it will win the war. In his world of gods Orion knows that can't be true, but is more than surprised when he finds out that the meteor wasn't a meteor. It was 9 kids. None of them from his time.
