Hetalian Bombshell

Sealand comes into a World Conference and sees America and Germany fighting for power, Britain a pirate, Canada a delinquent, and some things worse than that. He realizes it was the result of a bomb he created, and him and Hong Kong will have to fix it before it's too late. Please review.
