Noel is a 25 year old scientist, born and raised in Mossdeep. Also a competitive battler on the side. She was only supposed to take a vacation to the Orange Islands, but something happens that nobody could have envisioned. Noel will experience turmoil, frustration, battling, and romance, all in the likes of Team Aqua. However, will Kyogre be in her future? Or perhaps even more?
