When Hermione is assigned to the Department of Extraneous Papers as a punishment, she discovers her new colleague is Draco Malfoy. The two of them hatch a scheme that sends the Ministry into chaos over Christmas. Luckily, their office is a magic-free bunker in the basements of the Ministry, where they can hide from the outside world.
