After Luffy is brutally tortured at seven years old, his life and self change drastically. Broken, scarred heavily and mute, life feels hopeless. The only thing keeping him going are his two best friends and beloved brothers. Even so, he has a dream to be a hero and prevent what happened to him from happening to other kids.
