Teddy used to listen to Victorie's midnight chats with her friend though a thin wall when they were little, and he developed feelings for her. When he finally starts Hogwarts alongside her after years of being on tour, everyone fawns over him but her. He just wants past that thin wall he used to know her through, but the wall seems to have grown thicker over the years.
