Summary
Arashi Kyukaze is a young man who has a powerful quirk. A quirk to control storms themselves. After levelling a section of Shiketsu, he is expelled and forced into a surgically bonded suit that inhibits his emotions. But he never gives in. His next goal is to become a hero at UA instead. Although... his suit begins to malfunction. Will Arashi survive in UA?
