The Neighbors Club

Kazuto Tomachi is a guy who was treated as an outcast when he was little because of his hair, being two different colors. Follow through his adventure as he goes to high school where he meets his childhood friend, Yozora, who started a club called the Neighbors Club. Every members goal: To make friends. P.S. I know it's Kodaka but I changed it to Kazuto, he's slightly different.
