This is a short story to celebrate the turtles 30th anniversary. Mikey wants to plan a party for his brothers but they don't want a party at all. But with some help from Mikey's friend Taylor, he's determined to throw the best party ever! But Mikey now faces the problem of keeping his party plans a secret from his seemingly curious brothers.
