In a time before the empire as what we know of it existed there was an Irken named Dak and a Time Lord named 12. In a time when the Control Brains took control of the empire there was an Irken named Dak and a Time Lord named 12. A millennia later there was still an Irken named Dak and a Time Lord named 12
