Trying to see Powder again

Ekko finished building the Z-Drive and is now ready to use it to see an old friend, Powder. He can't travel back in time to prevent the events that caused her friend to become Jinx. However, he might be able to bring her back the same way it happened during that fight in the bridge. How many tries wil he need to see his friend again? Is she still there after so much time?
