After a drunken night, Dean wakes up in the Impala to his brother handing him a cup of coffee-except it isn't Sam. OR Dean wakes up in an alternate universe where Sam is the middle child (and also a dick). Set after 8x17 Trial and Error. Contains an underappreciative Dean and some brother bonding.
