Draco Malfoy grew up like any other wizard child after the fall of Voldemort, hearing stories of the great Harry Potter and dreaming of the day he would meet and befriend the only person to ever survive the Killing Curse. Draco was a child with childish ideals and hopes and wishes. And like any child, realizing the foolishness of some of his dreams was quite the disappointment.
