Summary
Draco Malfoy is a con artist who scams Wizarding villages with fake products. He wants to run one last scam before he "retires," so he chooses Hogsmeade and tries to sell them "flight school" for the children. Unbeknownst to him, Harry Potter lives there and runs a book shop. "The Music Man," Drarry-style. EWE.
