Harry is "rescued" after Vernon dies. He is hidden away by the Muggle government but will definitely be coming to Hogwarts. He doesn't arrive but someone else does who is not only a mystery but the bane of my existences, especially Snape. Bashing of Dumbles/Weasleys and others.
