Summary
In this story, King Dice returns after being fired from his game show where he would rig the game to make everyone win, and when they win he steals their soul and gives them to the Devil. Unfortunately, King Dice failed to take Cuphead's soul, so Devil fired him and replaced him with his Henchman. King Dice seeks revenge.
