After Shimotsuki is left to lead Division 01 alone in the wake of Tsunemori's imprisonment, she takes it upon herself to ensure that the CID's high standards continue to be maintained. Yet the added responsibility of the job, coupled with the strain of staying true to her principles no matter the cost, may prove to be a weight too heavy for the fledgling Inspector to bear.
