A/U! Tony never took the job with Gibbs he stayed in Baltimore. Now thirteen years later they meet again and Tony is a changed man. Broken by a tragedy that cost him everything including his job. Feeling completely alone he decides to take his own life but is reunited with Gibbs instead. Not knowing that the silver haired ex-marine knows his pain all to well.
