Diamonds in a Rough City

Two sisters move to the rough city of Ikebukuro so one of them can work as a teacher. Inherently, the other pursues her dream of becoming a detective in the crime ridden city. They get wrapped up in the murder that rakes in all the notable figures in Ikebukuro. As people get blamed, it is up to them to solve the mystery and possibly find something more. OCx?
