Summary
Post-CA:TWS. Bucky can't live with himself after what he's done as the Winter Soldier, and for the second time, Steve is too late to save his best friend. Bucky's death destroys him, but he does his best to keep on living. He's Captain America, after all. But given the chance, Steve would do anything to save Bucky - even mess up the timestream of the universe.
