Remembering Yesterday Forever

Almost a decade passed since the war first started, in order to defeat the Dark Lord, Harry Potter made the ultimate sacrifice. His own life in exchange for Voldemort's, a move that promptly won them the war. As they mourned his passing, Hermione awoken from her coma, her memories distorted, her injuries severe, yet insisting that before his death, Harry created the last Horcrux.
