Found: The Story of Rai

One day Chief Beifong finds a young orphan girl on a call. The Chief soon finds that the girl is from a six year cold case she has. The woman who swore she never wanted children soon becomes attached. Rai may not have her parents but soon discovers she has a new family. She also realizes being the chief's kid is harder than living on the streets some days.
