Leaving Home and Finding it Again

Hermione is sick of England after the Final Battle. So many were lost, including her parents. She just wanted to escape. In the middle of her own escape, she finds an unlikely ally. Professor Snape and Miss Granger go around the world, gathering potion ingredients and learning about themselves in the process.
