Serendipity (or Calamity)

One miserable creature sent an angry letter skyward. Another miserable creature intercepted it. Thus began an unprecedented conversation—bizarre, beautiful, maybe dangerous. Anonymous exchanges only continue for so long before someone catches a glimpse at who (or what) waits at the other end of the pen. They may not like it or, perhaps worse still, like it entirely too much.
