When a new fairy arrives in pixie hollow as a newborn baby, Queen Clarion must decide who will care for her. However, the fairies lack of knowledge in children may prove to be a bigger challenge than hoped for, especially when it become evident that the child is more peculiar than most fairies. Will they be able find out the meaning behind her strange arrival?
