Summary
Six months have passed since Randy defeated Mac Antfee and now there is a new threat. Shadow, older brother to Julien, who is now the wizard of the Emerald Palace. Shadow wants to control all of Japan and Norrisville with his machines and evil magic. Meanwhile, Randy is experiencing visions from his past. Will he find the answers and stop Shadow?
