Omega dies on Kamino, and wakes in her bunk on Kamino in the first year of the Clone Wars, she manages to sabotage the chips. Not understanding what the Emperor was, she's playing with kyber when she becomes Kenobi's left hand. Will her intentional and unintentional actions change the fate of the galaxy? Probably.
