The Last Chance

Harry dies in the Forbidden Forest, but instead of Dumbledore, he meets his Grim Reaper. Then surprisingly, Hermione shows up. Offered a chance to go back in time and change things, Harry and Hermione return to the land of the living. This time around, they will NOT be victims.
