One Ring Forged in the Glittering Caves

Not long after the fellowship of the ring had ended, another ring was forged. This one was crafted by a dwarf and filled with sincere intensions unlike the other forges rings. The two are staying at the glittering caves and something is going on. Legolas thought they were going to spend more time together but he feels a distance growing between them.
